The CWU Laughing Horse Youth Orchestra Festival will be held at Central Washington University's Ellensburg campus. Musical activities will take place in the new state-of-the-art music facility.
Students entering 7th grade or higher needing housing in Ellensburg will stay in on-campus housing and will be closely supervised by university staff. These students will share each suite. Suites include all linens, a microwave and a mini-refrigerator. Adult supervision will be provided. Please do not bring valuables. Lockers in the music building will be provided for large instruments. Check-in is on Sunday, July 27 at Courson Conference Center. CWU Dining Services will provide meals in one of the university's dining halls.
Students entering 6th grade or lower needing housing may stay with host families (subject to availability; 7th and 8th grade students may request to stay with host families). Or may stay with parents using local accommodations, please consult the Ellensburg Chamber of Commerce for lodging options.
