AUDITIONS

Participants will be placed in the appropriate orchestra following auditions on the first night of the festival. Participants should be prepared to play 2-4 minutes of anything that best represents their playing ability! More advanced students may also be asked to do some sight-reading.

REGISTRATION

Early Bird rate if full payment is received before April 1, 2008.
Please return completed registration form and $100 non-refundable deposit by postmarked date of June 1, 2008 to avoid the $30 late fee (late registrations are not guaranteed a T-shirt).
Written cancellation notice received by the CWU Conference Program by 5pm on July 11 will receive a refund less the $100 non-refundable deposit. Please allow 4-6 weeks for a refund to be processed. After July 11, all fees paid will be forfeited.
The remaining balance must be paid in full by June 15, 2008. Registrations received after June 15 will be required to include full payment plus a late fee of $30.00.
